NO EXCUSES 32-DAY CHALLENGE
For the next 32 days I’m going to stay committed to my nutrition & exercise goals as I countdown to my trip to the Kentucky Oaks/Derby 2013. I haven’t been able to attend the Derby for the past two years & I am so excited to return! The main reason I want to do this challenge is to keep my eat clean habits and exercise going, and to make sure they carry on during my trip. In the past when I would go on trips somewhere my clean eating lifestyle would go on the backshelf, then I would return from the trip and feel extremely bloated & disappointed in myself.
Here it goes:
I promise to eat clean 100% of the time when it’s in my control, and when it’s not in my control I promise to make the cleanest choice possible. (i.e. – Out of control would mean if I’m invited to someone’s house for dinner.)
I promsie to drink 2-3 liters of water daily.
I promise to plan my meals weekly.
I promise to workout 4 days a week; Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
I promise to only have 2 alcoholic drinks per week.
I promise to only eat 2 clean treats per week.
I promise to drink Shakeology 3-4 times per week.
I promise to keep a food journal daily.
I promise to re-evaluate my goals weekly.
I promise to keep myself accountable by posting my progress 2-3 times per week.
