Days 5 & 6

One of the best things of having a goal to be sugar-free the majority of the time, is having the support at home.  That’s right folks, Thor returned, and we are on the same page.  In fact, today we went to the gym together.  I’m ashamed to say it’s probably been a couple of weeks since I’ve been to the gym & quite a long time since I’ve been consistently.  This is not to say that I don’t workout, because I love Turbo Jam & do that at home quite often.  

As usual lately the sugar doesn’t really tempt me, however, Cliff bars do.  They have so many flavors & they are soooo good ( and they have some sugar).  Even though I was good at eating one every once in awhile, I’ve had to stop doing that because they are sooo good.

This week’s challenge will be Friday & Saturday.  Lots of good food both evenings, I’ll be strong.
